Full Glass Wine (FGW) is a leading direct-to-consumer wine brand revolutionizing the industry with innovative products and a customer-centric approach. We are dedicated to providing exceptional wine experiences to our customers and are looking for an experienced Director of Customer Acquisition to lead and optimize our customer acquisition and performance marketing efforts.
The Director of Customer Acquisitionwill be a key member of the Marketing team. The Director of Customer Acquisition will be responsible for managing marketing spend, overseeing all aspects of customer acquisition, and driving growth through innovative and data-driven strategies. This is a hands-on role, with a potential to build out a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Oversight And Responsibilities- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet company goals.
- Collaborate with the SVP, Marketing to align acquisition strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities and channels for customer acquisition, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, regularly reviewing performance and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective acquisition efforts.
- Marketing Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the customer acquisition budget across various channels to maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor and optimize budget allocation based on performance data and insights.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to achieve acquisition targets.
- Performance Marketing:
- Oversee all performance marketing activities, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and more.
- Lead the team in executing data-driven campaigns, leveraging advanced analytics and A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Data and Analytics:
- Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns.
- Generate actionable insights from data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Develop and present regular reports to the SVP, Marketing and executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and growth opportunities.
- Partnerships and Vendor Management:
- Identify and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support acquisition efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with business goals and budget constraints.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance acquisition capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition through innovative and data-driven strategies.
- Strong proficiency in performance marketing, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and more.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or customer acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in the wine, beverage, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
