Part-Time SEO Account Manager Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage client account and communication
- This role involves not only completing work for clients (metadata, internal links, etc), but also communicating with on a regular basis, and implementing the work.
Conduct comprehensive audits using Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA) to identify areas for improvement.
- We produce large initial audits for clients consisting of keyword research, competitor data, on-page callouts, etc.
- These take time and involve a high level of SEO expertise.
- We also produce monthly reports for clients
Develop SEO strategies and callouts for clients to enhance their online presence and performance.
- Thinking creatively to build out short/long term SEO strategies and callouts based on existing data and the industries/customers they're trying to attract
Create detailed reports and documents that clearly communicate SEO strategies and results to clients.
- This involves building out monthly analytics reports, etc.
Develop content strategies and map out content plans to support SEO goals, including keyword research and article topic creation.
- Creating hub/spoke content titles monthly utilizing keyword research and knowledge of SEO, client, etc.
Ongoing SEO work creation and implementation
- This involves selecting pages for and creating metadata, internal linking,
Requirements
- Proven expertise in SEO, including both on-page and off-page strategies.
- Strong experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools such as AHRefs/Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong expertise with CMS's including Wordpress, Shopify, etc.
- Ability to perform in-depth keyword research and develop effective content strategies.
- Experience in creating and presenting reports and strategic documents for clients.
- Excellent analytical skills to draw insights from data and make actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple terms.
