In this role, you will:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide detailed product information, assist with order placements, and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand updates, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
