At Waltz, we're dedicated to crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement across marketing channels. As a growing company in the B2B and B2C within the Real Estate sector, we understand the importance of strategic content creation. Join our dynamic team as the first Copywriter and Content Manager. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with a Marketing designer and potentially oversee freelancers/agencies.
Responsibilities
Content Creation (50%):
- Write all content for the company - from website, long-form blogs, social media posts and captions, newsletters, one pagers and communication materials related to our products and services.
- Conduct SEO research to enhance content visibility and search rankings.
- Lead the planning and execution of webinars, from topic ideation to content creation and promotion.
- Conduct research and ghostwrite compelling written and video content, including scripts for videos and thought leadership articles.
Content Planning and Distribution (30%):
- Develop comprehensive content calendars for various platforms, including blogs, webpages, thought leadership pieces, and social media posts.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing designer to optimize content distribution across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social media platforms, online communities, and event promotions.
- Manage weekly blog postings on the company website through content management systems (CMS).
General Marketing (20%):
- Analyze performance for website and social media to track engagement and optimize content strategy.
- Engage with direct messages and comments on social media platforms to foster community interaction.
- Provide written and marketing support to other teams within the organization as needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional English writing, grammar, and spelling skills
- Proficiency in various content marketing skills, including SEO, long-form blogging, content repurposing, emails, and webinars.
- Proven experience in content creation, ideally B2B within the Real Estate industry.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and trends in content marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and marketing roles.
