This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist at Subztech. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. The role will also involve providing assistance and ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities
As a data entry clerk, your duties will include:
- Onboarding accounts
- Data entry
- Cross-checking information.
- Supporting accounts and updating beneficiaries
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Quick learner
- Inquisitive: willing propose new strategies to help improve the team
- MS Access, MS Word, Team, and Excel (basic)
- Strong written communication: send cohesive emails to partners
- Organized and efficient—meet targets and SLAs
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient Typing and Computer Literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational skills
Experience
- Previous Data Entry Experience, attention to detail, no errors when inputting information (3-5 years)
- Previous work with sensitive information
- Experience in data collection techniques
