The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Interim CMO, the Social Media Manager will play an essential role in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand equity, drive sales, and foster consumer love through social media initiatives.

In Q2 2023 the Company signed a multi-million-dollar strategic deal with Italy’s #2 pasta company that gives it a major competitive advantage in the space.
What You’ll Do:
Social Strategy Development
- Assist in development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategy to support overarching brand marketing strategy and objectives
- Work with Marketing leadership to set specific, measurable goals for social media campaigns and track progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative
Content Creation
- Create content first-hand and partner with creators to produce high-quality, engaging content to be leveraged across Instagram and TikTok
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting; evaluate engagement trends in order to determine the best time and days to post
- Collaborate with freelance designers to produce on-brand content
- Leverage AI tools for image and video creation and editing
- Write compelling copy in Brami’s brand voice for social media posts, stories, and ads
- Constantly monitor cultural trends and determine opportunities for Brami to have a distinct voice
Community Management
- Own day to day community management & execution across all social media channels
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with our audience
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations, and actively participate to enhance brand visibility
- Foster a sense of community and loyalty among followers by initiating conversations and encouraging user-generated content
Influencer & Ambassador Management
- Build and implement influencer & ambassador strategy for the brand, including execution plan, timing, gifting vs. paid opportunities, etc.
- Research and identify influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience
- Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring it aligns with our brand messaging and aesthetic
- Coordinate product deliveries and campaign assets with influencers
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing feedback and recommendations for future collaborations
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics
- Track the success of social media campaigns against established goals and benchmarks
- Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust strategies, optimizing content and engagement tactics
- Present findings and recommendations to Marketing leadership
What you’ll Need:
- BA/BS required
- 1-3 years of social media management experience
- Enjoys building and engaging with a social community
- A keen eye for design with strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter and juggler of multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfort doing basic video and photo editing, while also being skilled at managing freelancers
