Your tasks
In this versatile role, you will manage a range of administrative and HR tasks by answering phone calls, filing records, keeping track of employee information, setting up meetings and interviews, and answering questions from employees. You will also keep databases up to date and run reports to ensure smooth operations. What You'll Do
- Lab support: Help administer patient information in line with data privacy and HIPAA regulations and enter patient information into the lab information system
- Support other functions like marketing administration or lab operations
- Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- HR Support: Manage employee-relevant information, ensure HR rules and procedures are always followed and support the payroll process
- Telephone Management: Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Financial Support: Assist with financial processes including invoicing, payment processing, and expense management
- General Organization: Maintain office supplies, coordinate meetings, and manage schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.

- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in administration, assistant roles, or HR functions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

About Us
