- Mentorship: Mentor engineers through pair programming sessions, helping them enhance their practical skills
- Code Reviews: Perform code reviews, offering constructive feedback to help engineers refine their coding practices
- Best Practices: Establish and uphold best practices and standards in our codebase to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems
