ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE
We're seeking a Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of the wellness space and passion about what we’re selling. The ideal candidate is already interested in the wellness space, already has similar products in their home, and have an understanding of this type of content and brand.

This role is right for you if…
- You have at least 2 years experience working as a Social Media Manager in the wellness industry.
- You can make graphics based on the creative direction and aesthetic of a company owner and bring her vision to life.
- Creative self-starter who loves driving engagement, growth, and visibility through strategy, data, and tailored content.
- Solid understanding of how to execute content strategy.
- Ability to repurpose content in multiple ways, and can do so quickly without much hand holding, while maintaining alignment with the company’s vision, voice, and messaging.
- Social copywriting / editing (you don’t need to be a copywriting expert, but you know how to create engaging content applicable for social).
- A true eye for design and knowing what works well for social images.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of online marketing strategies, digital technologies, and the latest social media trends.
- Clear and comfortable communicator.
- Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring consistent social media content and community engagement.
- Drafting, editing, and posting social content with a focus on generating followers, promoting engagement and influencing action.
- Monitoring all social communications on posts and direct messages.
- Coordinating with team members to develop a monthly content calendar that is aligned with the current messaging, aesthetic, and promotions.
- Plan and implement a monthly content calendar, working closely with other members of the team to align messaging across the scope of the company.
- Report marketing metrics and analytics to show results.
- Making recommendations and owning the implementation of all things social media, including best practices and trends.
- Track and document SOPs and best practices in your key responsibility areas, as needed.
