Role Description
Position:Office Manager
Powersports Company in the Fontana area is seeking energetic Office Manager Professional to
join our rapidly expanding company. An excellent career opportunity with room for growth,
bonus structure, and benefits. The Office Manager will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-
day operations as well as managing company’s social media platforms for hiring and other
purposes.
The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years’ experience as an Office Manager in the wholesale
distribution setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior social media
experience is a plus. The Office Manager must be willing to learn all the job duties that he or
she will be supervising.
Job duties:
-Oversee daily operation of the office, including customer service, shipping and some HR.
-Supervise and train office staff to ensure effective performance.
-Provide direction and guidance for the team as needed.
-Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
-Manage company social media platforms
-Perform some HR duties such as hiring and interviews
-Office Manager may be required to conduct the job duties of all job positions they supervise.
Qualifications:
-Experience with ERP systems or accounting system.
-Proven experience in office management and HR
-Experience with all aspects of business office duties including data, accounting and
administrative practices and procedures.
-Must have a strong attention to detail with accuracy.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
-Excellent supervisory skills with ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with
individuals at all levels of the organization.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
