Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and support the development of effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Create clear and concise business requirements documents (BRDs) and other project documentation.
- Support the development of process flows, data flow diagrams, and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the creation of test cases and participate in testing activities.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
