Job Title: Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst

Qualifications
- Experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements, system design, and implementation.
- Experience in elicitation and documentation with participants in the business creation/completion of project charters for automation projects.
- Experience in developing business requirements by translating needs, expectations, constraints, and interfaces into a format understandable to both clients and technologists.
- Experience in developing requirements for business needs and solution component design, incorporating changes to requirements resulting from architectural/design decisions.
- Experience in establishing criteria for evaluation and acceptance of requirements, managing requirements scope, and obtaining commitment to the requirements from project participants.
- Experience in requirement analysis and validation, ensuring requirements are complete, feasible, realizable, and verifiable.
- Experience in analyzing and representing requirements textually as well as via visual models or graphical forms.
- Experience in application testing planning and defect tracking, collaborating with testing leads to develop requirements-based testing strategies.
- Experience in driving Business Analysis Center of Excellence by leading the establishment and implementation of standard operating procedures for effective requirements engineering.
- Experience working with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and demonstrating experience with multiple modeling techniques/tools.
