JOB ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Producer at Legion, you are responsible for setting up and running jobs with minimal oversight, managing projects from simple to complex. Your focus is on the day-to-day account management and production of jobs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality standards. Your responsibilities include ingesting client notes, gathering and organizing assets, delegating tasks effectively, tracking time and budget spend, supporting Art Directors and Creative Directors, balancing the workload to keep clients satisfied, and sending deliverables to clients.
You will be working within our print department, specifically within the theatrical animation team, supporting the Creative Director and subsequent team. We work with large high-profile film studios, including clients in both domestic and international departments. Collaboration is the name of our game to get the job done at the high standard our clients know and love us for. We are a family who works hard but plays harder, celebrating every success we accomplish as a team.
We are looking for someone who is adept at keeping an eye on production, junior project members, and client needs simultaneously, and who is invested in taking on leadership responsibilities and honing their management skills both internally and externally. Accountability, organization, and a can-do attitude are crucial to your success in this position.
Must be LA-based and prepared to work from the Legion office in Glendale.

EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING:
- As a Project Manager/Producer (or similar role) within a Creative Agency, preferably within the entertainment sector; minimum 2 years
- In a production department, preferably producing key art and or the graphic design/production of marketing materials for print & digital.
- Interpreting client notes and giving assignment instructions to artist team.
- With resource management and project trafficking.
- With MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word, Slack, SmartSuite, Harvest & Forecast (or similar Job Management Systems) and familiar with handling Adobe files (PDFs, Photoshop, Illustrator) for review and transfer purposes.

- Experience with print management - including prepping files for print, quality checking output, and troubleshooting printers.
