Position Summary:
Thrill One is looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Content team.
This position offers a hands-on, interactive experience in a collaborative environment - it’s an opportunity to push the boundaries, be a creative problem-solver, and help shape the world-class, action-packed sports properties that our fans love. The Graphic Designer will work within the Content team responsible for the design and brand work across our owned properties: Nitro Circus, SLS, and Nitrocross, with a primary focus on social/digital, marketing, sales, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency in all principles of design, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design made-for-social engaging, captivating digital and print visuals in support of all Thrill One properties and partners
- Adhere to creative standards and brand guidelines, while maintaining brand integrity for all projects, and help enforce those standards throughout the organization
- Utilize up-to-date posting specifications and formats across major social media channels
- Actively participate in creative brainstorm sessions - teamwork makes the dream work
- Work with the Content and Marketing team members to support initiatives and develop the digital and print design needs of the organization
- Develop, pitch and provide creative input during content and marketing meetings
- Properly organize and archive projects according to the Content team standards
- Monitor platform trends and utilize up-to-date posting specifications and formats across major social media channels
- Actively participate in creative brainstorm sessions, and be ready to own projects from start to finish
- Collaborate across the content & creative, social, ticketing, sales, and partnerships teams to ideate and develop compelling creative design content that align with the goals and objectives of our properties
- Ensure that all design needs are developed and delivered on time, meeting the project requirements and Thrill One’s high quality standards
- Continuously experiment with new design techniques and styles to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of our content
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices

Qualifications:
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience in graphic design, specifically for social/digital, live event, sales, and promotional.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and video editing.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - experience in motion design and animation is a plus, but not required.
- Social media savvy with a deep understanding of what makes content work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience working in the sports, action sports, or entertainment industry.
Note: Occasional travel, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
