Our retail client is looking for a Creative Project Manager with 3+ years' expeirence to jump in immediatley to support project work for new branding going live in October. Experience with Trello required for this role. Ideally looking for industry experience in retail, home furnishings or fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Timeline and communication to all parties with tasks
- Set up and manage all trello boards for all signage
- Hold regular scrums and project meetings
- Track and communicate progress
- Manage feedback and approval loops
- Identify any risks and communicate possible solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and escalate any issues as necessary.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee product photography projects, including coordinating photo shoots, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality images are delivered on time.
- Manage web maintenance tasks, including updating content, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers for enhancements and fixes
- Previous experience working with retail brands is required.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Microsoft Teams, and SAP is highly recommended.
