We're looking for a dynamic Product & Sales Marketing Manager to join our Go-To-Market team. In this role, you'll drive product and sales enablement marketing and drive our go-to-market strategy.

This Product Marketing Manager role is responsible for:
- Owning the product marketing lifecycle
- Executing market strategies for new products including market research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and launching campaigns
- Leveraging marketing analytics and customer data to understand market trends
- Crafting compelling content across various formats including brochures, videos, white papers, blog posts, case studies, webinar presentations, and social media
- Collaboration of social media management & content with Brand
- Partner with Brand to identify targets for SEM and conversion opportunities
- Partnering with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment
- Develop sale enablement materials, tools and training materials to support the sales team in value-selling-based methodologies for the entire product portfolio
- Identify buyer pain points, define target customer segments and develop customer personas to inform product marketing strategies
- Collaborating with the broader brand marketing team to ensure a consistent and impactful message resonates in all outreach
- Partner with Design, Brand, Engineering, and Sales teams to enable the rollout of marketing programs
- Develop strategic playbooks across go-to-market including enablement, lifecycle marketing, cross-sell paths, and more
- Aggregate and analyze customer feedback and conduct research to identify trends and product gaps, and develop actionable solutions like collateral and training to enable Sales to handle competitor objections
- Develop compelling, evergreen content that educates customers on the product experience and drives use and engagement
- Communicate product details internally and externally. The goal is to make sure that all team members are up-to-speed on launch details
- Partner with product management to support the vision for our roadmap through the eyes of the customer
- Communicate compelling feedback to fuel improvement to existing products and communication
- Deliver revenue and improvements in conversion rates across core investment areas and new product launches
Requirements:
- 5 + years of product marketing or growth marketing experience, including familiarity with key growth levers and channels (CRM, Incentives, Paid Media)
- Experience in hardware, modular construction or real estate a plus
- Experience with hands-on integrated marketing programs, from which you can showcase a portfolio of GTM campaigns.
- Experience in content, digital marketing, email, and an understanding of how these push the business forward with sales and product
- Experience in managing SEO/SEM agencies a plus
- Established success in executing marketing strategies and the ability to clearly articulate quantifiable impacts that benefited the company
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a track record for delivering clear and compelling customer-facing materials
- Experience with Salesforce, along with other sales and marketing tools like marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
- Solid attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver on key milestones
