About the RoleAs an Office Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping managerial staff to keep our office organized and efficient. You'll answer phone calls, handle data entry, and keep the office tidy. We’re looking for someone who can use Microsoft Word and Excel and can manage various office tasks with ease.
What You’ll Be Doing- Answering Calls: Use wireless headphones to answer and direct phone calls.
- Data Entry: Enter information accurately into our systems.
- Office Upkeep: Light cleaning of restrooms and office areas.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with filing, messaging, and other office duties.
What We’re Looking For- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong typing skills and basic math.
- Good Communicator: Clear grammar and good communication skills.
- Multi-Tasker: Ability to handle different tasks and stay organized.
Work Hours- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM CT
- Lunch Break: 1-hour lunch break
