FYL is looking for a bilingual Appointment Setter (Spanish and English) to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in driving our business growth by coordinating qualified appointments for our sales team.
FYL specializes in providing web design and development solutions that elevate the online presence of businesses of all sizes. As an Appointment Setter, your responsibility will be to contact potential clients, qualify them, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive and friendly demeanor, and the ability to quickly build relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on the availability and preferences of both parties.
- Follow up with potential clients and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the appointment setting process.
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience using CRM systems or appointment setting software is a plus.
- Own a computer or laptop and have stable internet connectivity.
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
