Your role in our mission
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates data/systems business requirements for existing and new development
- Documents technical and business specifications and functional needs and modifies existing requirements
- Leads the data analysis and profile efforts for new client implementations and system enhancements
- Facilitates technical meetings with IT and business project teams
- Provides data mappings, user interface specifications, processing logic as per business requirements to the Developer
- Communicates with clients, developers, and other team members
- Tests development efforts and provides feedback to the technical team
- Creates and documents meeting notes and distributes to team
- Assists with provisioning new users and Operational Readiness Review tasks
- Provides regular status reports to accounts, developers, and management as needed
- Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Analysts on the team as needed
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of Business/data analysis experience
- US Healthcare payor experience is a must
- Good knowledge of SQL is a must
- Experience working with different database structures (e.g., transaction based vs. data warehouse)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus
What you should expect in this role
- Plus: Knowledge or certifications in software development methodologies like Scrum, the capability to lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, and familiarity with relational database and client-server concepts. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills to develop professional relationships and thrive in handling multiple engagements simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
