Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
Actual compensation within the range will be based on experience

What You’ll Do
To build the Specsavers brand, ‘brand love’, and engagement through retail marketing campaigns that embody our tone of voice: warm, knowledgeable and down to earth. To deliver the Specsavers personality in an effective way through all our customer communication and touchpoints to support trading and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- With direction from the Senior Manager, Brand and Creative, coordinate the day-to-day completion of various assets and projects across the finish line, while working cross-functionally with colleagues and internal and external creative agencies.
- Works with Senior Manager, Brand and Creative, in the development of retail marketing campaigns and creative. Ensures that the Specsavers ‘green thread’ is embedded in brand communications.
- Thorough knowledge of brand guidelines and application in creative content. Balances brief requirements with brand guidelines to deliver effective creative outcomes.
- Understands and applies learnings from previous customer activity to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Leads personal development and looks to improve individual capability.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 5+ years in marketing role; preferably within a global or national brand.
- Thrives in an agile marketing team and builds strong working relationships
- Experience in working with external creative agencies or third parties
- Ability to manage multiple activities with competing timelines and varying complexity
- Manage budgets and track spend accordingly
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply brand guidelines
- Experience in building multichannel campaign briefs across paid, owned and earned channels
- Strong project management capabilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to connect the dots across the customer journey and across multiple touchpoints (video, digital, print, in-store, online, ecommerce)
