We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team on a part-time basis as a Logistics, Customer Service, and Office Admin Assistant. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations across various functions.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Logistics:
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of product shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving any issues.
- Work with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management and reorder processes.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Office Administration:
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
Hours:
- On-site work hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Mon - Fri.
- 20 hours per week.
