Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Sales Land Acquisitions Closer role. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and procuring suitable land parcels that fit the criteria for acquisition, managing and tracking conversations with leads, converting and engaging potential customers, and related goals. The role also includes carefully reviewing and verifying the potential land acquisitions against established buying criteria, reviewing other Virtual Assistant leads, and effectively communicating with sellers throughout the process
Your duties will include:
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Speaking to sellers through mostly text message and some phones to close deals.
• Speaking to other team members whom you will be helping close their deals
Qualifications
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Customer Service, and Sales skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills are necessary to create relationships that foster successful property acquisition processes.
Excellent experience of any CRM software and digital tools for managing leads.
