Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order status updates
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and efficient order processing and tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Assist with organizing and conducting customer surveys and feedback collection
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling challenging customer situations
