Base Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 + Bonus
Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of engagement with clients throughout the entire process—from initial sales through production to delivery. This role is pivotal in both developing new business and retaining existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Draft customer sales specifications to assist in generating quotes and designing job layouts.
- Engage with clients to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring high-quality products and on-time delivery.
- Work collaboratively to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Review and communicate technical specifications of products and services to meet client requirements.
- Handle client communications related to orders, samples, estimates, and job specifications.
- Ensure seamless internal communication across departments to meet client specifications and prepare for production.
- Coordinate proof presentations, secure client approvals, arrange sample distribution, and finalize delivery schedules.
- Address client queries and issues, providing comprehensive solutions.
- Enhance customer relations through on-site strategy sessions, company tours, and off-site visits.
- Manage CRM system, track interactions, monitor workflows, and strategize client relationship enhancements.
- Oversee and update sales orders, inventory levels, and billing processes.
- Facilitate the resolution process for client complaints, coordinating with Quality Assurance and Sales teams.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in account management or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Background in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Ability to work out of the Tukwila office 5 days per week.
