Key Responsibilities - Client Engagement:
- Host engaging and informative product demos to prospective clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Calendar Management:
- Benefit from a fully booked calendar with pre-scheduled demos and meetings.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and expectations.
- Utilize Advanced Tools:
- Leverage our state-of-the-art tools and technology to enhance client engagement.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and client success.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Experience in the finance, consulting, technology, or startup industries is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
