Job Description: We are seeking a communicative and self-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager who can think on their feet and can handle spontaneity and a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a batch of our clients, and responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth for their businesses. You will also be onboarding new clients to add to your portfolio and will serve as the liaison between our team and your clients. This will mean you will be expected to effectively manage your time and show strong communication skills with all parties involved. Your work will cause you to directly work with our PPC, SEO, Web Development, CRM and Content Creation teams to help produce strong results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients in the auto repair industry, serving as their main point of contact.
- Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies to meet clients' business goals.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email and text message marketing, and website design + development.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients. This includes monthly meetings to deliver reports with each individual client via Google Meet.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strong suggestions to enhance client strategies.
- Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- An ability to demonstrate empathy and humility towards your clients and coworkers and the ability to take responsibility for your own actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in a customer service or account management typerole preferred.
- Demonstrates an understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and CRM’s
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
