This is an opportunity for an experienced Document Specialist to join a growing team for a leading law firm in Ireland.
This is a 90% remote position with occasionally requirement to work on site in Dublin 2.
The successful candidate must be based in Ireland.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Friday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Flexibility: Some flexibility in hours
Responsibilities:
- Produce and amend documents (correspondence, reports, agreements, etc.) with speed and accuracy
- Create and amend PowerPoint presentations and complex structure charts
- Transcribe digital dictations quickly and accurately
- Convert PDFs to Word using software or copy typing
- Edit, merge, redact, and secure PDF documentation
- Apply the firm’s house style to all documents
- Proofread work for accuracy and consistency
- Support and help develop skills of new/other team members
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in professional services as a document production specialist or bid development.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent IT skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Typing speed of 70+ WPM (this will be tested)
- This role requires high proficiency in MS Office, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure the highest standard of document production.
