The Job Opportunity:
Premiere real estate group with more than three decades of being Austin’s lifetime real estate advisor, Eric Moreland Group with Moreland Properties, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Lake Austin Blvd office. Reporting directly to the Owner and the Director of Operations, the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, sharing his/her expertise in office administration. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team on the Lake!
Core Responsibilities:
• Interface with clients over the phone and represent Moreland Properties with your amazing phone voice.
• Write meeting agendas and summaries.
• Handle all the data entry for Salesforce software as leads come in from the agents.
• Support all office staff in ordering supplies, talking with vendors and managing receipts and expense reports.
• Run errands throughout the city as needed to deliver documents and pick up supplies.
• Travel to the homes that are on contract to meet photographers, decorators or anyone needing access to the home.
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of administrative office experience.
• Advance skills in Microsoft office including Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of 60 wpm or more with 90% accuracy.
• Excellent track record of seeing the details.
• Excellent phone voice.
• Professional written documentation skills both with emails and formal letters.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines, multi-task, work cross-functionally, and prioritize work in a fastpaced, and dynamic environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A true love of Austin and the desire to work with a homegrown in Austin brand.
• Desire to commit to a position for a minimum of 2 years or longer.
Schedule: Monday to Friday In Office
Main hours: 8:30-5:30. During the summer months there may be late days where the AA assists with twilight photography sessions at the home until 8:30pm. During these days the AA will come in the office later or take long mid-day breaks as mutually determined by the AA and Director of Operations.
