Akkodis is seekinga Business Coordinator for a Contract position with a client in St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid Model). Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background in Business Administrator and extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, SAP & Salesforce.
Pay Range: $27 to $31/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Coordinator job responsibilities Includes:
What stands out to the manager: Detail oriented, critical thinking ability, clear communication both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel/Word is a must
SAP and Salesforce are highly preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responds to and resolves NPS administrative inquiries and questions.
Managing Salesforce cases
Executing Product Orders
Making Data Updates and loading data (attendees and ticket sales)
Performs other related administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, including MS Excel/Word
Salesforce and SAP skill set would be highly preferred
High attention to detail
High level of professionalism in an office environment
Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) more than 90% of the day
Ability to work independently.
