Program Manager - Marketing Research Operations Pay And Benefits
- Hourly pay: $50-$60/hr

Program Manager - Marketing Research Operations Responsibilities
- Manage and execute our client-facing research programs. This includes handling research request intake, resource planning, monitoring project progress, and executing projects if needed.
- Manage external research partnerships. This includes quality control, coordination between external vendors and internal stakeholders, and workflow management.
- Establish programs and project standards, documentation and workflow to ensure success of programs.
- Identify success criteria, tracking metrics and measurements to evaluate the impact of the research programs.
- Continually innovate, iterate and take intelligent risks to design and implement better solutions.
- Coach, provide feedback and hands-on training to research partners and vendors.
- Create and facilitate training for team as necessary.
- Take on overflow program management or short-term assignments as needed.
- Collaborate with research operations team and leadership to develop well documented processes, process innovation, and improvements.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure smooth project setup and execution.
Program Manager - Marketing Research Operations Qualifications
- 4+ years of project/program management experience.
- 2+ years of survey market research or analytics experience.
- BA/BS degree in marketing or related business field.
- Experience with a variety of quantitative and qualitative market research methods.
- Experience presenting recommendations and influencing business solutions based on survey research or data analysis.
- Technical & programming skills like SQL, Tableau, XML and HTML.
- Familiarity with survey programming tools like Decipher, Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.
- Track record working in versatile and flexible environments; able to pivot with change effectively.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills to build support and sponsorship of initiatives and collaboration among partners, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management skills, and process oriented.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and conflicting priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player, collaborate and manage and coach others.
Compensation: From $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
