Role: Project Coordinator With ServiceNow Experience

Key Responsibilities
A Project Coordinator with ServiceNow experience is typically responsible for supporting project managers and teams in the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions. Here are some key requirements and qualifications for this role:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ServiceNow projects
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementation and usage
- Identify and document business requirements and process improvements
- Assist in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of ServiceNow solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, and administration
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice To Have
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
- Experience in a related industry (e.g., IT, finance, healthcare)
