About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Brij, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to introduce them to our innovative platform and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media (especially LinkedIn), online databases, and industry events.
- Prospect Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to build interest and qualify leads.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn to reach out to prospects, using personalized messaging and strategic connections to build relationships and generate leads.
- Network Utilization: Utilize the founderās LinkedIn network of over 15K followers to connect with industry leaders and key decision-makers, enhancing outreach efforts and expanding potential customer base.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a robust and organized sales pipeline.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and contribute to our growth strategy.

What We're Looking For:- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a tech startup or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, SalesNavigator and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
