About:
At Cleric, we're building an AI-powered SRE assistant that autonomously manages, repairs, and optimizes complex software environments. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between our product and our customers' needs.
As our Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with customers to ensure their success with Cleric. You'll be the technical expert who understands both our product's capabilities and our customers' unique challenges, crafting solutions that deliver real value.
What You'll Do:
- Lead technical strategy for customer accounts from initial prospect to successful implementation
- Create tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that address specific customer requirements
- Identify and resolve potential technical blockers, developing alternative solutions or making core product changes if needed
- Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizations
- Provide valuable product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing Cleric's roadmap
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting for enterprise customers, focusing on complex, mission-critical systems
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure) and associated tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm)
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML operations, including data collection, model training, and inference
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience in objection handling and navigating technical discussions
