Job Description Summary
Client seeks a Sales Performance Manager to enhance revenue growth and ensure exceptional client experiences in the Trade Show industry. This role involves setting sales targets, analyzing data, implementing strategies, and supporting sales teams through training and coaching.
Essential Responsibilities
- Sales Target Management: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise performance.
- Training and Support: Provide sales training, coaching, and support to enhance sales skills.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Track KPIs and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Incentive Programs: Implement and manage sales performance incentive programs.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of sales team members.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues impacting sales performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in the Exhibit/Tradeshow industry and 5+ years in Sales.
- Proficiency in SalesForce.com, general Trade Show industry knowledge.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, transactional environment.
- Uphold high ethical standards and company's Code of Conduct.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with vendors and clients.
