Here’s what you’ll be doing:
The Customer Service and On-Site Work Assignments Specialist is responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of various on-site tasks, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Respond to customer requests regarding mail and courier services.
- Efficiently and accurately receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and all classes of United States Postal Service mail.
- Track courier and accountable items such as FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
