Work schedule: 6am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex and routine administrative duties with minimal supervision.
- Handle confidential information and maintain a comprehensive understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
- Set up and coordinate meetings.
- Order supplies and prepare offices/computer equipment for new hires.
- Provide work direction to lower-level administrative staff within the department or unit.
- Work on special projects as required.
- Coordinate the schedule of an Executive VP and other managers.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and 2-4 years of relevant office experience, or equivalent.
- May require relevant college courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software.
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Strong judgment and confidence in handling interpersonal relations.
Skills and Abilities:
- Broad knowledge of personal computer software, online applications, office equipment, and filing systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
