Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply management, maintenance, and scheduling.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and management of office budgets.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
- Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and provide support to staff as needed.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
- Manage office space, seating arrangements, and office layout planning.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective office procedures.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management and basic accounting principles.
Position in the Company:
