Job Title: Director of Analytics
Job Overview: The Director of Analytics will lead the data strategy, oversee data-driven decision-making, and manage the analytics team. This role requires a visionary leader who can transform data into actionable insights that shape company growth. You will work closely with senior leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize business outcomes and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to support business objectives.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and interpretation of large datasets.
- Lead a team of analysts and data scientists, providing mentorship and career development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including dashboards and reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing and developing analytics teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually (based on experience).
