Okareo provides developers with tools to better build software that incorporates use of LLMs through behavioral evaluation, fine tuning, and feedback. Okareo's current wedge is LLM evaluation + synthetic scenario data. We are a key building block for LLM-powered applications in production like RAGs and Agents.
The role
As the Founding Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving initiatives across the entire customer journey. You will leverage your direct marketing expertise, particularly in engaging developer communities, to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and product engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish the Okareo Voice: Learn about AI/LLM developer challenges and innovate the Okareo Product voice that speaks to the problems of delivering AI as part of software products.
- Shape a Market: Establish a strategy to establish Okareo at the forefront of this new wave of AI innovation.
- Growth Marketing: Own and manage growth marketing efforts across all stages of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless transition from awareness to conversion and engagement.
- "Always-On" Marketing Programs: Source, build, execute, and report on continuous marketing programs, including SEO, email marketing, advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and events to maintain and grow our market presence.
- Developer-Focused Campaigns: Utilize your experience in marketing to developers and your deep understanding of Okareo to identify and implement unique marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Wear Many Hats: Work closely with folks across disciplines within the startup environment to innovate approaches to Product Marketing, Growth and Commercial concerns in this new AI tools market.
Our ideal candidate:
- Highly metric oriented with a strong bias for action
- Experience marketing to the developer persona
- Experience building and executing growth marketing in a zero-to-one environment or similar ownership of a marketing motion at the product level.
- Readiness to dive in and establish/use the tools necessary for Okareo’s marketing motion.
- Proven track record taking an idea, turning it into a strategy, executing it, and tracking the results.
- Fearless learning attitude towards experimentation and decision making.
- 5+ Years of experience in product marketing, with a PLG motion is a huge plus
