Be responsible for executing marketing strategies and social media management to achieve company goals
Responsibilities
- Hybrid schedule: Partially working remotely and on-site (20-40hrs/week)
- Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging content strategies for all three brands across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). This includes creating eye-catching visuals, crafting compelling captions, and managing social media calendars.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Foster relationships with local influencers, businesses, and organizations for collaborations and partnerships.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, including social media metrics, website traffic, and campaign results. Use data to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent our brands at community events, pop-ups, and collaborations. Build relationships with customers and become a passionate advocate for our food and culture.
Qualifications
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Creative Flair: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Outgoing Personality: Passionate about food, people, and building community. Enjoys interacting with customers and representing the brand.
