About You:
We are seeking a rockstar Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing team and propel Sniffari to the forefront of the dog loving world. You'll be a creative strategist with a knack for crafting engaging social media content and a keen eye for identifying impactful influencers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms to achieve explosive organic growth, brand awareness, and user acquisition.
• Craft engaging and informative social media content calendars aligned with Sniffari's brand and target audience of dog owners. This includes developing post ideas, captions, relevant hashtags, and leveraging trending topics and challenges.
• Become the voice of Sniffari on social media, fostering a vibrant community through regular posting, witty replies to comments and messages, and proactive engagement with dog owners.
• Develop and implement a data driven influencer marketing strategy to amplify Sniffari's reach and connect with dog owners through trusted voices. This includes identifying and building relationships with relevant dog influencers on various platforms.
• Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with micro and macro-influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial campaigns that align with Sniffari's brand message and target audience.
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools, measuring reach,engagement, and brand sentiment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and influencer marketing best practices within the pet industry.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, development, influencer relations) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a proven track record of organic growth and engagement for brands.
• Experience in the pet industry or a related field is a plus.
• In depth understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content creation skills with a knack for crafting compelling captions, stories, and engaging visuals tailored to each platform.
• Experience with influencer marketing, including influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media and influencer campaign data to measure success and optimize strategies.
• Passion for dogs and a genuine understanding of dog owner needs and interests.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
