Job Description: Job Summary 50% on-site
This role will support the implementation of a new ERP system across multiple cell therapy facilities in northern New Jersey. The site data lead will immerse themselves within these sites and with global functions to complete data cleansing, build standardization, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role will take ownership to develop and deliver solutions that address process gaps that benefit the patients we serve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary point of contact for the site ERP implementation regarding data management and maintenance
- Coordinate the testing of master data with peers and internal customers to ensure business requirements are achieved
- Validates and contributes to data design and considers site data and operational requirements
- Facilitates site project rollouts with project managers by providing expertise on data infrastructure and business capabilities at their respective sites
- Helps manage site specific data management training requirements
- Ensure compliance of site data to the global data standards and guideline aligned with enterprise data design (business rules)
- Helps develop and maintain best data management practices implemented at the sites
- Collaborates with site supporting organizations (e.g., IT) and projects to meet enterprise data and site requirements
- Provides input to data strategic plans, governance processes and product information infrastructure
- Complete other tasks as necessary
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- BS or BA degree in computer science, supply chain management
- 5+ years experience required with enterprise data applications with 3-5 years in a data management role, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing or other GXP environments
- Knowledgeable on current data management techniques
- ERP Systems and or/ data experience, including SAP
- APICS/CPIM or equivalent certification desirable
- Interpersonal and facilitation skills are necessary to interface with and influence various levels of the organization
- Proven ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and unexpected events while maintaining a positive work attitude
