Role Description
This is an on-site hourly role requiring up to 40 hours per week for an Administrative / Executive Assistant. Beyond the traditional administrative responsibilities, this role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the accounting field, learn the intricacies of financial audits, participate in entrepreneurial projects, and assist with internal marketing and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail and packages, run errands, manage supplies, and ensure the office is clean, tidy and well-organized.
• Learning and Development: Gain exposure to accounting principles and practices, assist with financial statement preparation, and support audit processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Entrepreneurial Projects: Participate in special projects that offer a glimpse into the entrepreneurial side of running a business.
• Office Culture: Contribute to creating a vibrant office atmosphere through various team-building and engagement activities.
• Operational Support: Assist with filing, data entry, record-keeping, scheduling, and receptionist duties, along with preparing presentation materials and reports, as well as any other requests as needed.
• Marketing and Advertising: Assist in developing and executing internal marketing strategies, support the creation of promotional materials, and help coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, support client relationship management, and assist in preparing business development proposals and presentations.
• Social Media: Manage and develop social media channels and content.
Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse tasks and changing priorities.
• Previous experience in the accounting or financial industry is not required.
