Title: Background Screening Coordinator
Duration: 6+ months contract
Responsibilities:
- Background Screening: Execute background screening for new hires, re-hires, and 3rd party workers, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Employee Re-screen Program: Manage re-screening, including communications, timelines, and addressing employee questions.
- Eligibility Programs: Support right to work, I-9 verification, and regulatory reference completion.
- Adjudication: Adjudicate screening reports following set standards and escalate as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain relevant documentation in compliance with policies and privacy laws.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest solutions to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in HR compliance, onboarding, background screening, or related field preferred.
Experience with Workday and Consumer Reporting Agency platforms is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
