Digital Account Executive (Remote Position)

Anna Stallmann Communications (ASC) is a principal-led public relations and strategic communications firm laser focused on helping clients tell their stories and deliver on their business goals. Our clients span numerous industries in the B2B and B2C sectors, and specifically include those in the healthcare, technology, real estate, restaurant, retail, automotive, and financial sectors. The company is based in Charlotte, NC but works across North America. This position is fully remote.
Position Overview:
The Digital Account Executive will support a combination of digital marketing and integrated strategic communications campaigns for our clients. This position is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience, and will be responsible for supporting and executing client digital communications campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and website support, under the guidance of an Account Director or Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Execution: Support and execute client digital communications campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and website support.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends, current events, and digital marketing best practices to inform campaign strategies.
- Content Creation: Write and edit content for various digital platforms, including websites, email newsletters, and social media with SEO best practices and goals in mind.
- Creative Development: Coordinate with the graphic design team to create digital content, including social media graphics, infographics, reports, one-pagers, advertisements, and more. In some instances, leverage design templates and tools like Canva to update and create graphic assets.
- SEO Support: Optimize on-page website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Social Media: Plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, engaging with audiences and monitoring analytics.
- Digital Advertising: Set-up, track and report on digital advertising campaigns, and coordinate with digital advertising partners.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with integrated vendors, such as graphic designers, videographers, and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Digital Assets Organization: Comfortable with compiling and organizing brand assets and updates on all company drives and tools, including Google Drive, Canva, and other active digital tools; coordinate and communicate with all necessary stakeholders when maintenance is needed.
Expectations & Skills:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail; catch and correct any typos before content goes live
- Ability and willingness to professionally communicate with clients, as needed
- Flexible and adaptive
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, and ability to produce or edit design assets and graphics.
- Experience with copywriting with SEO in mind, leveraging tools such as SEmrush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Willingness to learn and assist with website content management systems (WCMS) such as WordPress, SquareSpace and Wix, content development, and content management
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, social media management tools, such as Sprout Social and META Business, to schedule social media posts for ASC and multiple client social media channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to produce content in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, manage deadlines, passion for all things communications/design/web and eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with care and professionalism
- A penchant for kindness, giving the benefit of the doubt, and being comfortable asking for clarification when needed
Salary: This position will pay $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and comes with excellent company-provided benefits. This includes full coverage of healthcare premium for the employee and a generous contribution towards dependent healthcare coverage, 401k plan, eligibility for company bonuses, promotions, generous paid time off to rest and recharge, and paid parental leave.
