As our Digital Marketing Coordinator you will take part in creating relevant content and successful campaigns to increase brand awareness and support sales efforts together with Business Line team members. You have an active approach to your tasks and are comfortable with keeping several things ongoing simultaneously. You will create and coordinate relevant content to both digital and traditional iCare channels in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and our external partners. You will also provide branding support to our distributors for their local exhibition plans.
Responsibilities
- Build and send eblasts with HubSpot
- Create landing pages with HubSpot
- Create and publish Social Media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You Tube, Twitter)
- Enhance SEO to increase organic traffic
- Edit images and videos
- Create, plan and schedule regular email communications to defined target audiences
- Update company website as needed
- Coordinate materials to external partners
- Plan and build drip campaigns for prospect nurturing workflows in HubSpot
- Analytics and reporting experience for online campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Downstream marketing and Global Marketing Communications team
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request
Qualifications
- B.S. and 2+ years working with modern marketing
- Basic knowledge and experience with HubSpot, WordPress and Social Media channels
- Experience with SEO and Google Ads to help drive sales, leads, website traffic and brand awareness
- Good project management skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- High sense for responsibility to bring projects to completion
- Strong collaborator and team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Good writing skills and Content marketing experience preferred
- Microsoft Office, Adobe and JIRA experience preferred
- Occasional travel may be required due to business needs
