Job Title: Lead Customer Insights Analyst
Job Summary: The Lead Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data to drive strategic business decisions. This role involves leading a team of analysts, developing insights into customer behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of customer insights strategies to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data from various sources, including surveys, transactions, social media, and digital interactions.
- Manage and mentor a team of customer insights analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis and insights.
- Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight key customer trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and other teams to integrate customer insights into strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct advanced segmentation, profiling, and predictive analysis to identify key customer segments and predict future behaviors.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve customer retention and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in customer insights and analytics.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence key business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in customer insights, market research, or data analysis.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing a team of analysts.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and customer behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, market research methodologies, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
