- Answering and directing calls on a multi phone line system
- Receiving and distributing messages to the desired personnel and departments
- Organize and scheduling appointments
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Send and correspond to emails
- Updating and maintaining databases, checking and entering data
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail
- Provide back-up front desk support in the main lobby
- Keeping office and area neat and tidy
Qualifications:
- 2-3 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, data entry, Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player, ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines on time and juggle multiple projects at once
- High school diploma or equivalent
