We are seeking an outgoing Customer Support Specialist to join the Rhythm Healthcare Team. Rhythm is a leader in the Respiratory and Durable Medical Equipment Industry.
You will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure their total satisfaction, over the phone, via email and through website chat. This position provides exceptional customer experience through problem solving, entering orders and data entry. We have a fun team and customer base. This position also earns bonuses through individual and team goals.
This position will work in the company’s beautiful Dublin, OH office.
We have multiple positions open due to our company’s growth and you can choose from either shift: 8am - 5pm or 11 am - 8 pm Monday-Friday.

In this role you will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and Live Chats in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues
- Showcase your problem solving and detailed data entry abilities.
- Share best practices with teammates
- Assist customers with order processing, pricing, order status, product information and building sustainable trusting relationships
- Keep records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Understand product offerings and share that knowledge with customers.
Skills Requirements:
· Proven Customer Service Experience (3+ years), preferably business to business
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
· Strong time management, multitasking, and investigative skills are required
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical for success
