We are looking for a dedicated C#/.NET software developer with a strong background in geometry, linear algebra, 3D algorithms, and image analysis and processing. The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for tackling complex problems, excels in creative problem-solving, and is motivated to support clinicians in delivering exceptional healthcare. This role presents both significant technical challenges and deeply rewarding experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and integrating new features while enhancing existing workflows to drive the advancement of guided navigation systems within the dental division. This includes coding, peer reviews, unit testing, and more.
- Designing and implementing algorithms for image processing and analysis.
- Developing visually appealing user interfaces utilizing in-house algorithmic libraries.
- Ensuring a responsive and user-friendly design that aligns with usability standards.
- Continuously refining complexities and improving efficiency in software development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Canadian residency, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area, or willingness to relocate to Canada.
- Strong intellectual capabilities with a proven ability to creatively address complex technical challenges in image processing, 3D visualization, and advanced user interfaces.
- 6+ years of experience as a software developer implementing complex algorithms using C#/.NET or .NET Core, and WPF.
- Exceptional self-discipline, self-motivation, and professionalism, with a history of consistently meeting commitments with minimal supervision.
